Learning journeys

1. Custom design

Initial inquiry

Fill in our online form and tell us about your group, or simply send an email if you prefer. If you’ve seen a sample itinerary you like or have taken inspiration from, let us know!

Let’s talk!

Connect to one of our team so we can learn more about your requirements, learning objectives, and group. All of our experiences are custom-designed, so it’s important for us to understand what you’re looking for.

Proposal & quote

One of our local expert educational travel designers will put together a custom itinerary for you, and send you a proposal.

Fine-tuning

We’re almost there! With your help we’ll fine-tune the details and confirm a final itinerary. We’ll lock in your trip with a clear agreement.

Deposit

At the point of confirming an itinerary, we’ll ask you to pay a deposit to secure your trip

2. Getting ready

Information exchange

You’ll help us collect participants’ personal information; we’ll send some easy online forms to make this process as pain-free as possible!

We’ll send you a Pre-Departure Pack full of useful information to help prepare you for your trip (what to pack, currency, resources to read in advance, and so on).

You’re welcome to take us up on an optional Skype call for you and/or your students and/or their parents to ask more questions or initiate discussions that will continue in Cambodia.

Final payment

Final participant numbers are confirmed and you’ll pay your final balance. If you have any final questions, let us know by email or another Skype call with our team.

3. Adventure awaits

Travel!

Set off for Cambodia, where your facilitators will be waiting to welcome you to the Kingdom of Wonder!

Bring it home

Returning home after a transformational adventure can sometimes be challenging. Ayana Journeys will share with you some resources to support you with thinking about ‘what now?’, and help participants transfer new knowledge and skills to everyday life
